Are your ceramic products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic collections are designed for everyday use and are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher. However, items with gold or metallic glazes must be hand-washed and kept out of the microwave.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for metropolitan areas. During peak periods or for regional locations, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
What is your return policy for damaged or faulty items?
We take great care in packaging our fragile goods, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging to arrange a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
As we strive to process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our ranges are designed in our Australian studio and feature hand-finished details. Because of this artisanal process, slight variations in color and glaze are to be expected, making each piece unique.
